The MicroMatrix component of the Projections Suite is used to produce reliable long- and short-term occupational employment projections. Use of this system by state analysts allows for a common occupational coding structure and methodology across various states' projections.

EDS Training Information

The Projections Managing Partnership invites state analysts to attend Estimates Delivery System (EDS) training. This class is for those analysts that use the EDS system. The training will be June 17-19 in Boise, Idaho.

ETA Deliverables Information

Extracting OES Staffing Patterns from EDS V4.4

This document details the steps required to create an Estimates Delivery System (EDS) v4.4 export file for use in MicroMatrix. The EDS file contains the staffing patterns needed for occupational projections as well as detail and aggregate level confidentiality flags.

If you are a new projections staff person in your state or territory, welcome! To help us better communicate with you, please send the Communications Co-Chair of the Projections Workgroup an email. Include your name, email, phone number, mailing address, and  area(s) of projections-related responsibility. Also, if you replaced someone and they are no longer working on projections, please include your predecessor's name in your message.

In addition, it is suggested you sign-up on the MicroMatrix listserv. Here you can post questions about the MicroMatrix to other state and territory analysts. In addition, messages sent out on the listserv will help keep you informed about the latest MicroMatrix news.
